If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, send a written request to Isaac Hess by emailing isaachess@rapidintake.com.

Cancellations made prior to May 7, 2010, will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after May 7, 2010, will not receive a refund.

You may change your registration information at any time. You may make substitutions at any time with no penalty.

Should it become necessary, for any reason beyond conference organizers' control, to cancel this event, we will provide as much advance notice as possible to all registered participants. eLearning DevCon will then refund all conference registration fees in full upon having announced any such decision. Should such action be required, eLearning DevCon cannot be held responsible for the cost of non-refundable airline tickets or transportation fees. By registering for this event you agree to hold eLearning DevCon harmless and non-liable for any costs whatsoever should conference organizers need to cancel because of events beyond its control.

Conference organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any of the conference program and sessions without prior notice.
