eLearning DevCon 2012 is going to be more DevCon-y than any DevCon you've ever attended. Register by March 2nd and save $200. Who doesn't love that?
We know you're the professional here, now it's time to show everyone else. Submit a proposal to present at eLearning DevCon 2012 and be the standard.
"The conference was like no other. I have been to other conferences where if you walk away feeling that 50% of what was presented was for you, it was a good conference. But DevCon was like candy to the kid with 90% applicability-- the other 10% was because I am not a programmer but even some of that was making sense. Keep up the good work. I also really enjoyed the Flash pre-class." - D.C. from Alltel
We'd love nothing more than to reach through the computer screen and place a lei of orchids around your neck. But since the technology for that simply doesn't exist (trust us, we googled it) we'll have to settle for a virtual handshake and loads of excitement. I know it's cliche, but eLearning DevCon is unlike any conference you've attended. There's no need to spend hours and hours, sitting through sessions that talk about theoretical technologies that don't even exist yet. What good does that do?
Hosting eLearning DevCon on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City is fairly appropriate, don't you think? What atmosphere would better encourage higher learning? A Vegas hotel with lights and sounds blazing? Doubtful. Every DevCon session is planned specifically to give eLearning Developers resources they can use right now, and the environment has been picked to make sure you can focus and remember those resources. Whether it be techniques, software applications or a range of best practices; our sessions are useful, relevant and won't waste your time. It may be idealistic of us, but we think a conference should teach you something that will immediately enhance your abilities, and that's how we plan DevCon.
Take a look around. Join the community, check out the forums, make some connections. It won't be long before you realize that DevCon really is unique. And when you do, we'll make sure we have a seat saved for you.
